Xkeys problem

Hello all, I have an xkeys unit running on our RVI with the latest software installed. Also I beleive i have the stock xkeys layout. This is the problem. When the keyboard scroll lock not enabled, all of the xkeys EXCEPT the numbers, work. When the scroll lock is enabled all of the numbers work, but not the other keys. I am in tech today, this is driving me crazy, so any assistance would be wonderfully appreciated! Thanks, Pat

Hi Pat,

What model of X-Keys are you running, and what is the hardware version (on the sticker on the back)?

Also, you're running 1.9.6, not 1.9.8 beta, right?

Thanks Hans, The only number on the back is PIE002-15D and the device is a Xkeys Pro USB The software version is Xkeys hardware mode utility v 1.6.0.5. and Xkeys Macro Recorder v 1.0.1.0 Yes I am running 1.9.6 on the EOS & RVI Thanks much! Pat
