Wybron CXI - URGENT

Hi,

We have patched in our CXI's at "CXI Scroller Mix" as the type, but this seems to remove a vast majority of the gels in the colour picker

Why is this? What should they be patched as? 

We cant seem to get them to give us the nice full red that they seem to be able to do so well

Has anyone else had this issue? What can we do?

  • I have found since the change that it is much easier to create your own color palettes that to use the color picker.  Get yourself a CXI color wheel or use the app in the apple store and just create the colors you know you will most likely use.  I also find that labeling the color palettes with the gel color (for example color palette 26 is R26) is particularily useful.
