alignment of ION fixture parameters

Some of my Robe 250 AT spot fixture colors don't "center align" when they come up. Example: Cyan is slightly cut off on one edge. Similar to being able to calibrate scroller color parameters.

If the values of an ETC created fixture in the library are off how can the be calibrated?

As it's some of them, that would indicate that some of your fixtures are not resetting properly and need a bit of TLC.

You will want to get those fixtures cleaned and serviced - afraid I don't know too much about the guts of a Robe ColorSpot 250AT but it sounds like the colour wheel location sensor is not triggering correctly in some of them.

This is not something the console can correct for - in the Full-Frame colour wheel mode the fixture itself is trying to find the full-frame position.
