trouble closing direct select display in ION

recently I open the 5x20 direct select display from the CIA>virtual controls. We can not close it. Seems we can't "select" it..that is, while it is functional on our touch screen and I can use the buttons, no gold frame appears around it so the close command, "escape" just isn't working. We've tried rebooting, but it is still there. Any suggestions?

Have you tired using "Close Module"? CIA>Virtual Controls>Close Module

Did you open it in the Virtual Controls "Lower Left Corner", which puts it in the bottom half of the screen ?.

Go to Display, Virtual Controls, select (click once) on "5x20 Direct Selects", then on Close. You will get a screen where you select Lower Left Corner", then select and press the Close button.
