irfr and iPad/iPhone

Does anyone know if I buy the irfr app for my iPad whether I have to pay for it again to put it on my iphone?

    Actually, if you dont have iOS 5 yet, when you buy it on your iPhone, then open up the app store on your iPad, go to updates, then you will see a section that says "not on this iPad" with the picture of a cloud with an arrow by all the apps purchased with that account that you can install. All apps purchased on the app store can be installed on all your other iOS devices (with the same account as mentioned above).
