Chauvet SlimPar64 library entry

some friends lent me a couple of the above instruments to use as truss warmers. I set them to 3 channel mode (Red, Green, Blue). They are addressed correctly and patched correctly. There is no Chauvet entry for this unit so I built one as follows:

1 red

2 green

3 blue

4 intensity(I don't want intensity but the editor puts it in and I can't delete it. The editor also adds:

5 Hue

6 Saturation which I don't want or need either.

It should simply be 1 red, 2 green, 3 blue.

No matter what I've tried to date I cant get the units to respond although they do respond to my microtech DMX tester just fine.

Any suggestions anyone?? Please?

Did you, by any chance, assigned dmx values to the intensity or hue and saturation parameters?  If you did, that's why it's not working.  Truthfully,if the mode you're using only has 3 parameters (one each for R, G, & B), then you should be able to use the default "Generic" "LED-RGB fixture.
