Ion cue intensity issues

cues not recording intensity levels when recording a new cue, although when programming the cue we have full control over the intensity. previous cues are left running and they are recorded into the new cue. Any help please half way through tech run as you can imagine we have no hair left. HELP .

Do you have filters engaged? Is the intensity showing up in Grey with a grey N in the upper right corner? If so, press filters, and in the CIA "clear filters."

Are the intensities controlled by an exclusive sub?

and could it be a Tracking vs Cue Only problem? and when you say, cues are left running, you might need to Assert your cues?

It is also worth confirming that both of the faders above the GO and STOP/BACK buttons are at full.
