Question from an Ion user

Hello world, 
 I've managed to get my Playback Status window stuck as a tab on my left screen. Any quick keyboard shortcuts to move that back over to my right display? I've tried using the virtual control options in the CIA, and I can't get it figured out. Thanks for the help.

Click the window to make it active, hold [Tab] and press the right arrow key to move it across.

press Tab until that tab is orange and then hold TAB and press the left or right arrow and it will move to the other screen.
