Scroller added to Submaster

Question

When I initially set up our patch for our new Ion, I separated the scrollers (invidivual channels) from their intensity (one channel for 3 fixtures). I built a submaster for our fader wing to control only the intensity channel. 
 Someone came through after me and patched the scollers as separate parts under the original intensity channel (pt1->intensity, pt2-4->scrollers). 
 Now, when we move the submaster on the fader wing the scrollers immediately snap to open white and we have fader control of the intensity. I have tried making the submaster an intensity master, but the color still changes. 
 Any ideas?

An I-master controls the intensity and also stores any other attributes. In this case, it is behaving as expected by setting the color to whatever value was recorded. 
 The simple fix to this is to go into blind and remove the color information from the sub. 
 [Sub]x[Color][At][Enter] 
 After that, there is no need for the sub to be an I-master.
