live editing channels - previous value

Hi all,

When live editing channels, my designer asks me to take up (or down) a channel, then asks me what value this channel was coming from. In Compulite consoles (broadly used in Holland) you can see the previous value and the relative change to a channels intensity value whilst still being selected. Is it possible to implement this function in the Eos family software?

That information is currently available in the about screen, under "background". The about screen can be left open and flagged as a favorite, so it is the default view for the CIA.

It's not something you would be able to implement on the command line, however?

Mike, well, the command line isn't really built to provide status information. We do have a function planned that will able to toggle the live display to show the information you are looking for - but its a lower priority than other things we'd like to do, since this information is currently present in about.
