  • Damo,

I have never used this software but i have had a look of there web site they dont support net 2 or sACN but the do support Art net.

You will need to enable Art net in the shell settings and set it as default then when you patch it will automatical be outputing on Art net.

If you have already patched your show you will need enable art net then select the channel in patch and change which interface it uses. This is on the bottom right of the patch screen.

  • Yes Art Net is enabled and defaulted also the interface is currently selected to all of the options

  • Hi there -

It's possible you might need the Microsoft Loopback Adapter to get the two programs, which would normally communicate through a switch and Ethernet cable, to talk to each other internally.

    Directions for Windows 7 here

    Directions for Windows XP here

Personally, I have always had troubles getting this kind of setup to work, but I know others have done it successfully with other combinations of our offline editors and visualizers. Hopefully this is the solution you need to get going, but if you still have troubles let us know, or contact the Nicolaudie folks to see if they have any suggestions from the EasyView side of things...

    Thanks -

    Sarah
