Stumbled upon this in the Offline Software. Don't know if its an issue on the console or not.
Select a channel or fixture in live with the about screen open in CIA.
Now Click in the DMX cell on one of the parameters Listed. It will display 'Delay' on the command line.
Likewise the Delay Column will echo 'Time'. Everything seems to be a column off except for the Value and Abs Columns.
