Making a fader into an override.

Our church has an ETC Ion and when the company came and installed our lighting system they had designated one of the faders to be used as an override for the balcony, we recently moved into a new building so we don't always need to seat people in the balcony, but now that our congregation is growing, we are using it more often. We have one fader that is for the balcony, it has a red led for the bump button, and when it is at 0% then the whole balcony doesn't come on, even though they are written into the cues, so then if we happen to have people in the balcony that day, all I have to do is to take that fader up and the balcony goes to whatever it is supposed to be at for that cue. Now that we are starting to use the balcony we want to have a few different faders that can control different sections of the balcony, like center, left side, right side. My question is how would I go about recording those groups of lights as an override like that? I know which lights I want each one to control, I just don't know what I need to do to actually program them that way.

Thanks so much in advance!
