Recording live captured channels to a empty sub

What is the correct syntex for recording live captured channels to a empty sub.  Im working in live with multiple channels up. I have about 30 channels captured that I want to record into a sub without having to do it manually.  i vaguely remember how to do this. I have select my captured channels and make them manual which is in a soft key and then i go blank... something with record group sub... can anyone help me with this thanks.

    if you are sure that ONLY the channels you want recorded into the sub are the only ones Manual, then you can use the magic Record Only key...

    [Record Only] [Sub] x [Enter] - then hit the Load key above your desired fader (Eos) or hit both buttons underneath the fader (Ion) to load it.

     

    Record Only only records the Manual (red) data and is useable with any of the other Record Targets in exactly the same manner.
