I am attempting to set up a new W7 computer with our existing Hasp key. We have a medium sized network consisting of a master Eos, Ion running back up, RVI backstage for remote triggering, and my laptop running the client with the dongle. We have a second theater that will need to replicate this set up so I have purchased a new computer, loaded the client software and have had no luck with the client driver. The light is not on and the computer does not recognize any drivers.
When I installed the client software (1.9.8) it did ask me if I wanted the drivers and I clicked yes. This version was the first time I had come accross that question, but no light, no love.
Please help. This computer has one purpose in life, be a make shift RVI, I'd hate to have purchased a new boat anchor.
