excluding values from 2nd que list from record...

Hello everyone,

I'm running 2 cue lists, one for my lights and one for my video ques, and was wondering: how can i make sure that channels used in list 2 wil not get recorded in list 1? or is this impossible?

There's currently no way to do this without using a macro for every record. But I'm sure it will be added in the future.

I would suggest you make your video list independent if you haven't already, this would mean any move commands from your lighting list would be ignored.

You could also throw your video channels into a separate partition, and create one for your lighting channels, then use a couple of macros to flip between the partitions as needed. I find this a pretty good way of keeping things separate in this situation..

As Nick says though, making the video list independent offers some protection.
