Using Range and Offset

I want to select a block of numbers within a range of channels and have a repeated selection that I can record as a group.

Example: Total Chans are  1-100. Select blocks of ten, with a offset of 10. i.e. 1-10, 21-30, 41-50...

This is for a shopping mall previz project with 164 Colorblasts down each side. There would need to be many other groupings based on blocks of channels.
