Encoder timing / sub master question

Hey everyone, we are running 1.9.8 and I'm have an issue with the encoders only running in fine mode. They will not revert to coarse. This is for all values. Any thoughts??

Also we are trying to write a sub with a scroller dimmer. Where the scrolled are in frame 2 and the dimmer is adjustable with the handle. Right now the scroll runs when you love the handle up and down.

Never mind on the Encoder speed/ Sensitivity. I found that one in a much earlier post regarding MAC 700's.

Hi Patrick,

Regarding your Submaster question - you'll want to make the sub into an Intensity Master (with the Fader softkey). Then you'll be able to use the bump button to set the scroller in to the correct frame and bring up the intensity on the fader. If you don't use the bump button the scroller will still move to it's recorded frame when the fader reaches 1%.
