EOS External Monitor Touch Mapping Incorrect

Hello,

I am running EOS 1.9.9, and have 2 external ELO touch screens (Model ET1928).  These monitors fully functioned before I upgraded to 1.9.8 and now to 1.9.9.  I can successfully map the video to the monitors correctly but where the issue lies is within the touch mapping.  When I touch on Monitor 1 it makes the mouse move on Monitor "A", and when I touch on Monitor "A", it moves the mouse on Monitor "A"

Here is a list of what monitor I touch and what screen it effects.

Monitor 1 -> Monitor A

Monitor 2 -> Monitor 2

Monitor A -> Monitor A

Monitor B -> Monitor B

Monitor C -> Monitor C

Attached it a picture of my external monitor arrangement.

I cannot seem to figure out how to solve this problem.  I have restarted the EOS, change monitor ports, changed usb ports and the exact same issue occurs.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • The Monitor 1 touchscreen has been accidentally set up so that it thinks it's Monitor A.

    To fix it, recalibrate the touchscreen - for the ELO driver I think you hit 'Escape' to jump the calibration display onto the next monitor.

    It uses that to figure out where the 'touch' should map to - there's no way for the console to figure out where touch maps automatically, it has to be told.
