1.9.10 is released and available for download

Eos Family software 1.9.10 is released and available for download from the Eos, Ion, Gio and Element product pages.   This release is primarily to support component changes in Eos, but is recommended for all users.

  • Hello,

    We've downloaded 1.9.10 for our eos. For the show we're teching at the moment, the designer prefers to be in cue only mode. I noticed above the CIA where it says "user 1 | master | tracking", that it still says "tracking" where as in earlier versions I thought it would say "cue only" when switched over. It seems to be behaving appropriately for cue only mode but it is disconcerting to see tracking still there. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly?

    The information 'user 1 | master | tracking' is telling you about your network. The console you are looking at is a Master console, and there is a Backup console connected which is tracking it. This is completely unrelated to cue tracking.

    To see whether you are in Tracking/Cue Only mode you need to look in the top left corner of the Live Channel/Table tab.
