how to release submasters on v1.9.10 software.

Hey guys i'm sure it will be me being a numpty or doing something stupid but today i loaded the latest software onto our ion at work and i cant work out how to clear the faders of subs. Before i used to press fader control, then hold release down while pressing the 2 buttons underneath whatever fader i wished to clear and it cleared it but that wont work now..

Help.......

Hold down shift and press load (or in the case of a universal fader wing- the top and bottom buttons underneath the fader, simultaneously).

hi, thanks for the reply, yeah i used to hold release down whilst pressing the 2 buttons under the fader at the same time to do it but that isnt working since the update.

The behavior of clearing content from faders has changed, check out the 1.9.8 or 1.9.10 release notes for more info on the changes.

As Abby stated, it's Shift and both Sub buttons

I'm on 1.9.10 and just did this this afternoon
