Disable Keyboard

Hi,

 

Here is a question - is it possible to disable the keyboard (external USB one) so that you cannot accidentally run a cue by bumping the SPACE bar?

 

This has been raised as a problem at one of the TV studios - 

 

Perhaps there could be a feature that "disables keyboard except for LABEL" purposes?

  • Your best bet until we have the space bar disable option is to just use Scroll Lock on the keyboard. If Scroll Lock is on, then the hotkeys on the keyboard will be disabled, but you would still be able to type your labels in. This wont work well on offline or RVIs however as you need those hotkeys to navigate but should work fine at the consoles. Hope this helps in the short term.
