I remember in the past being able to have an active (focus) effect, change the rate to "0" (freezing the fixtures in their position), record that into a new cue, then restore the original rate and have the effect resume. I attempted this yesterday, and could not get the rate to stick with a value of "0", it always recorded as 1 (so the lights don't actually stop moving).
I think this is a software thing, as I'm pretty sure this used to work.
Also, any way we could get the "min" and "max" buttons on IRIS to control the Min/Mix iris size for the current mode? They don't seem to do anything right now (fixtures are Mac700 Spot).
