I am wondering if i am doing something wrong.
I have a some scrollers and they are used in an effect.
If i try and mark the units as they are going into there colour for the effect..... I cant seem too?
I select the channels and apply a MArk which appears as Manual data but does not allow me to update.
Same for some strobes, they are only used in an effects but the NIPs are referencing a Preset. I would love to mark them but i cant seem too.
When playing back the cue with the effects on the scrollers (intensity effects) i say "channels - Range select active....and get nothing is that correct behaviour.
Should a Channel with an effect applied be part of select active?
Should Mark work on channels with effect applied?
It appears the two things are linked as the console is not aware that a channel running an effect is active and there for does not allow a mark as its not active and gives me a redundant move.
Is there something I am doing that make no sense here or is this a fact of how the console plays back effects, ie not in the programmer and not as manual data so it cant be selected or marked.
Thanks
