Snapshots, again

Not the first time I've gotten confused, so I figured I'd ask this time. Trying to set up a series of snapshots(11-17) where each one will recall a screen look that has live table on one monitor and a list of the given record targets on the other.

So, with no other tabs open, I open my blind preset list, tab it over to where I want it, an [Record]{Snapshot}[11]{Monitors}[Enter] and everything works fine. Then, I go to record snapshot 12, which is beam palettes, and everything seems fine until I call up snapshot 12 and it just shows me snapshot 11. Am I missing something?

Other info that might be of interest- calling up snapshots via direct select macros(though using the keypad yields the same results), ION running 1.9.10.

  • As I understand it, the Snapshots will configure the monitors to the type of page rather than just one specific one. If you record a snapshot with blind preset on a monitor, when you then bring up any other blind list page it will appear on that monitor.

So, if you record your snapshot for blind preset, when you double hit [beam palette] it will come up in the same monitor.  Equally when you call up your snapshot whichever blind list tab is open will be in that monitor, not just the one you recorded it with.

    Hope that makes sense,

    C.
