So i know this is not a VariLite forum but its late and i am at a loss. Tonight while programming on our eos, my board operator somehow managed to casue our VL 1k's to stop functioning and there is a message on the LCD "no prog". It first happenend early in the day while i was away and only to 2 of them on one electric. The second time was during the evening rehearsal and we lost the balance of them 1 more on the electric from earlier and 4 on a different one.
He says he did nothing while programing and i am mostly sure it is not a console issue but thought i would toss it out and see if anyone has had this happen to them.
If you have any information that might lead me to figure out how and why this is happenening i would be oh so grateful.
