Home Values

Copy the profile you are using and change the home values.

why do they make rgba led's 100%?

To prevent the mindless complaints of failed equipment. (done it myself)

When you first bring up the slider you are raising intensity at the default color.

All colors at 100 is white. All at 0 is black. Even at full black isn't very bright.

Either rewrite the profile as suggested, or just use a Home Preset.
