Hello everyone. We have recently identified that a driver change introduced in 1.9.8 has caused issues in the field with USB disconnects. These disconnects can result in an unexpected shutdown of the control console. This can occur even if you have no external devices attached to the desk. To that end, a Rev B of 1.9.10 has been posted to the downloads page of all Eos family products, which addresses this problem. We urge all users to install this software at the earliest possible time. Please remember that all connected control devices must be running the same build of the release (which is .34 in this case) - therefore they will all need to be updated.
We apologize for this inconvenience. As you know, the reliability of these systems is of utmost importance and we wanted to get this fix out to you as soon as it was vetted.
