ION cue timing

Question

Have 70+ cues no split up/downtimes. All single times. All Dur show totals as should (5 sec up/dn, 5 sec focus, 5 sec color, 5 sec beam = 5 sec Dur) except one cue. That cue has a 5 sec up/dn and fcb each 5 sec however the dur is 10 sec. At the countdown the movers from the previous cue fade intensity from full to 0 in the first 5 secs then switch to MK and thus begins the second 5 sec countdown. The cue is marked but so are several others but they dont split the count). The cue in question is doing a split timing. How to fix it? Ehhhhh

On the other marked cues, Are the lights being marked going out in that cue? 
 
 - If they have to go out it will wait for them to go to 0 then do the mark. e.g 5 seconds for the fade down + 5 seconds for the mark = 10 seconds overall. 
 - If lights are already at 0 they can mark straight away. e.g 5 seconds for the fade down as well as marking at the same time = 5 seconds overall.
