Show file with an international keyboard character not opening on Mac offline

I was having a bit of a problem sending a show file to an ALD, with the ALD telling me that he couldn't open the file on his Mac. He was able to open it using parallels and the windows version of the OLE.

I tried doing the same thing on my Mac, and had the same problem, getting a "Failed! Show File Error: Unable to open file".

I was able to open older versions that were named differently, and was able to connect my Mac as a client to the Eos, and saved the current file locally. Finally I realized that the difference between the show files I couldn't open, & the files that I could open was an 'é' in the unreadable show file label.

Removing the 'é' from the file name in the Finder fixed the problem.

This also happened with an ASCI show file using the same name.
