Element / ION removing channels

Is the best way to completely remove a channel from a que to use delete in Blind or does that cause other problems?  Using Out puts it at a 0 still in the cue.

  • Hi Jeff,

You don't actually want to use delete at all. In blind if you do {Channel} [At] [Enter] this will clear any values stored in the cue and allow values to track from a previous cue. If you want it to be at zero you actually need a zero value in the cue, i.e. {Channel} [At] [0] [Enter].

If you're in Live the same principles apply except that you will need to record or update the cue for changes to take effect.

    Cheers
