How to synchronize Audio/Video/Light?

MIDI Show Control (MSC) is likely to be the best way. On the Eos, this would require a Show Control Gateway, which is a network device to take in the MIDI.

There is fairly good explanation of MSC on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIDI_Show_Control, and the Eos setup is covered in the manual.

We got a ShowControlGateway implemented in our system and I think we´ll handle programming with MSC. If we don´t I now know where to ask ;-)
Berfore we go on I just wanted to know if there would be any other possibilitys.

Do you know if it would be possible to send MSC commands directly via Network or has it to be on the MIDI port on the back of the device?
The product description says "Send and Receive MIDI Time Code over Ethernet".

OK, in the end we can figure it out by simply playing try and error...

You can send UDP commands directly over the network. In theory, you could send ACN MIDI (network-based MIDI) commands directly, but you'll struggle a bit to find products that support it.
