I've never seen this before, but it looks like there might be some communication issues with your facepanel.

Do the keys which are flashing still actually function within the software? If not please try exiting to the shell and going to Settings>Maintenance>Facepanel test and verifying that all controls respond there.

I suggest you get in touch with Tech Support again, even if they don't immediately know what is causing the problem they will investigate further for you. When you called first time did they give you a notification number? If so, have this on hand when you call back. Also, they will want to know your current software version. Saving a copy of the log files ready to E mail in would also be helpful to them.

I have done the facepanel test as well as call etc, they said this is a new one to them.

Upon further searching in the shell, it looks like the drivers are not found, I find this a little weird as the faders still work.
