Shortcuts Offline Editor 1.9.11 ?

Hi,
i´m looking for Shortcuts Offline Editor v. 1.9.11

where is the sto/back button?
at 1.9.9 stop/back was Strg, F3
now F3 is BLIND...
STRG is nothing...

may be i need a coffee, but i can´t find stop/back...  (-:

please help, i need the editor with dongle as a client for multiconsole for a second parallel show.
