I have installed the MAC Client software on my laptop (V1.9.11) and have the dongle installed on the laptop (a few year old macbook pro) and when I try to connect to my ION (V1.9.10) it shown that I have connected to the console and I can see it upload the show to the laptop but then the screens on my laptop do not update and I have no way of interacting with the show.
Any tips on how to trouble shoot this? I am sure I am missing a step or doing something wrong but in the past if I could get the two devices talking to each other this setup worked well.
