Did 1.3 release?

Hello,

I see in other forum topics that 1.3 for the EOS was slated for release yesterday, but don't see it on the web page? Did it come out?

If we've registered on the myETC page should we not get emailed about updates and product related information, that doesn't seem to be happening for me.

Also, I just want to confirm the new software will still work with my Net2 devices, like current Nodes and video interfaces?

Hi! 1.3 will release next week. We will post here and also send out an email blast to registered users. Regarding the last question.... Eos has always worked (and will continue to work) with Net2 nodes. Video interfaces are another matter. If you want remote video, Eos requires either a Net3 RVI (remote video interface) or PC running the client software. The legacy video nodes aren't supported by the system.
