Eos Family EOS boot problem

EOS boot problem

Eos will boot up as a Backup,Client or Offline but will not boot as a Primary Master it just shows "user 1" on the command screen- the RPU has same problem - any ideas?

I'd ring tech support and they can talk through the problem.

Do you have the network plug up? I'm not sure if it still does this but RPU's would power up offline if it didn't see anything on the network. I've never checked to see if this was addressed.

But I'd really just ring tech support that's why they're there!
