Duplicate Live Channel Display

For the past month of so, my ION has been opening a second live channel display upon startup which can't be closed. So by default I'm getting a playback window and two channel windows. It's quite annoying. Am I missing something obvious?

Hello Mike

Is it opening in another tab? Or 2 Tab 2's?

Have you tried a deep clean (making sure you've saved before)?

Hi Mike,

As Nick suggested, definitely try deep clearing the console.

I've run into a few occasions where the second Live tab will be unable to close. A deep clear should flush this out. If you'd like to save logs first before deep clearing and send them in, we may be able to locate where the issue is and try to fix it in a future software release. You can send the logs to hans <dot> hinrichsen <at> etcconnect <dot> com.
