fixture profile request for an LED moving head fixture

Question

Hello I need a fixture profile made for a Chinese 60w LED moving head. 
 The first PDF is of the rotating gobos: gobo 1 is open, gobo 2 is the first image to the top left, next gobo is 3, next is 4 circle with the dots around it. Then 2nd line is 5, Next is 6 which is the pink one, 7 last is the blue one, then 8 is open again. 
 The PDF with 8 gobos is the static gobo wheel, numbered left to right. The first one is open. number 2 is the first image. 
 Color wheel is the next PDF the colors are white/open, white/red, red, red/green, green, green/blue, blue, blue/yellow, yellow, yellow/orange, Orange/violet, violet, violet/lite blue, lite blue, lite blue/white.

Hi there, 
 I'm only able to open the 1st, 4th, and 5th links attached. Would you be able to convert the 3rd and 4th links into PDFs? 
 Additionally, is there any type of manufacturer/brand name for this fixture? I'd like to see if this profile already exists in current software.

I haven't been able to find a profile so far in Eos that matches this exactly so I think we are in need of a new fixture profile. I am submitting the materials to the Eos team now. Additionally, if they believe this profile has already been created I will be able to point you to the correct profile!
