Fixture request

Question

I need fixture profiles for the Monoprice Stage Wash 18x18W LED PAR Stage Light with Zoom (RGBWA-UV) #612712. I need both the 7 channel and 11 channel profiles. The regular two week turn around is fine. Here is the manual URL:
