You are correct. The LCG Beamer fixture looks like a clone of the Briteq fixture, but the DMX profiles are different. It was worth a shot. I'm sorry it didn't work.
I've submitted this profile request to the Eos team and have specified that you will be using 8ch mode, however I expect all modes of this profile to be added to future fixture library versions.
If you need something in the meantime the Generic LED IRGBWS would make it work other than the focus and motor speed.
If you need those, It would only be a few clicks (well actually exactly 8 clicks plus typing in the word zoom and the word cooling) to add the focus and cooling fan speed
