Would it be possible to get this fixture personality before I go back to the jobsite tomorrow (1-13-21)?

This will not be possible, unfortunately. Normal turnaround times are 2-3 weeks and we are experiencing extended times due to holiday backlog and staff shortages. If you need the profiles by tomorrow, you can create custom profiles on a show-by-show basis.

Any updates on this request?  I built a custom profile using a VL2600 profile, but there were some control channels I didn't know what to do with.

This is scheduled for February 18th at this time.
