Fixture Profile Request

Question

Hello! We are requesting a Profile for our new RGBWW Convection cooled house light. Software Version: 2.9.1 
 
 Fixture Name: HL Advanced Manufacturer: JAH 
 We would like all 4 operating modes. We are hoping for this profile as soon as possible as we are testing this week.

Request submitted. Normal turnaround time for fixture profile requests is 2-3 weeks and we are have significant backlog so these unfortunately will not be available today. You can use generic RGBW 8bit and IRGBW 8bit profiles for the 4 and 5 channel modes, and can make custom profiles for the others in the meantime for testing purposes.
