Due to a combination of staff shortages, significant number of requests, and other unforeseeable circumstances, we are unfortunately experiencing a continued backlog of fixture profile creation requests. Average turnaround time is normally 2-3 weeks, but we are currently scheduling one to two months out. If you need a profile expedited, please still let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the request, but also note that you can create a custom profile in the Eos program or use a generic profile if it fits your fixture personality.
