This device has no virtual Red, Green or Blue with H/S therefore it does not show any colors on A3D nor does the color picker work. Thanks to Ueliriegg who caught it and answered back on the A3D forum. Hero!!!

for some reason this fixture doesn't have virtual Hue/Sat/Brightness, so neither the color picker nor A3D work. you can edit the fixture personality and add Red, Green, Blue at the end. Eos will automatically add virtual Hue/Sat/Brightness. then make the newly added Red Green Blue also virtual by setting the DMX column to 0.
