Can you detail the issues you are seeing for us to submit with the manual?

the encoder wheels and modes arent matching the profile on the units. I cant get the units to move the way the manual says it should. I am up to date on fixture library and current console software

I compared the profiles in Eos to the manual and could not find differences. We don't have these units specifically, unfortunately, so could you give more detail on exactly what you are seeing vs expecting to see? Any references to the dmx charts i the manual your provided would be especially helpful in this case.
