Prolights ECL Fresnel JTW edits needed

EOS Software version 3.0.2

Fixture: Prolights ECL Fresnel JTW

21 channel version preferred.

Currently profile does exist but does not control the light in a usable manner. Issues identified include:

Currently colour picker does not control the Orange, Lime and Royal Blue attributes.
Tint needs to default to 176.
What Hue does in a Prolights Fixture does not appear to be the same as what the desk expects Hue to do.
There may be other issues that I have not managed to identify.

I could not find a 21ch profile in any of the downloads for the page you linked, it looks like it might have been for a different fixture. Is it possible that you are referencing this one?: https://www.prolights.it/product/ECLFRESNELJT

Regarding color picker control of those colors, Prolights will need to submit full color calibration data for the fixture to Carallon for that integration.

Yes, sorry, JTW is the correct model.

I have submitted a support request to Prolights requesting they update Carallon with the information necessary.

Thank you, update requested! If you are able to provide further detail on the hue issue or anything else you find, that would be very helpful for our team as we don't have a physical unit to reference.
