Color correction DTS Alchemy 5

Hi!

The Alchemy5 has 6 LED's to control the colors, Red, Green, Blue, Amber, Cyan and Lime.

Only RGBA respond to the color picker in the EOS software while Cyan and Lime are default valued 255 at full too. This means that all colors are pastel tinted and mismatched when picking a color from a Lee preset for instance.

Could it be fixed so that all LED's in the fixture respond to the color picker and we can use the fixture to its full color potential?

 Thank you Slight smile

  • I still have the same issue with this fixture on an EOS console. My temporary solution is to set the cyan, amber and lime led's to 0 at home in the fixtures patch, which works to make the color picker usable but it does cost me a whole lot of output as I utilize 3 LED's less. Also the colors are now limited to what can be made with RGB leds.

i would still be very much interested in some sort of software solution that takes in account the other LED colors as well.

I hope some ETC EOS software engineer will pick this up Slight smile

    Thanks and kind regards,

    Dennis
