Disguise profile

There has been a d3 disguise profile in the software since at least 2018:

Is that different than you are looking for?

As mathilda points out, we really need to know versions, have a manual, and a need-by date for any addition / change to fixture profiles.  We also need to know what version of Eos software you are using - otherwise we assume "latest" which is v3.1.1 currently.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing significant delays in creating fixture profiles in the Eos Library, so it is very unlikely something could be built by the last week of May.

The d3 User Guide you provided does not have a DMX layout / chart.  However, I noticed on page 1422 of the PDF that there are instructions for Exporting a Personality in DMX Chart Format.  I suggest Exporting the Personality as a DMX chart, then manually edit the R17.1 profile to match whatever needs R21 has.

Otherwise, there also appears to be an option for Personality Versions (page 1424).  That seems to allow you to tell the d3 that it is being controlled as though by another release of d3 software, so you could match what's existing on the Eos Fixture Library.
