This build does not work on my ETC ION light board. Right now I have the Fixture Library Update v2.9.3 Build 4 for Eos Family build on my light board and every time i put the 3.1.5.18 it removes all my fixtures from the board.

yeah, this can't work. a 3.1.5 library will not work in 2.9.3. this is explained in the PDF that comes with the library:

you will have to wait for a 2.9.3 fixture library. or you might want to try downloading a new Nomad version, patching this fixture type, saving the showfile to a USB drive (file extension .esf2) and then load the showfile on the older console.
